Are you tired of Fad Diets that produce no lasting results and leave you worse off?

Throw Away Your Bathroom Scales and Rely On
Your Tape Measure. Inches Are much More Important   Than Pounds For Your Health And Fitness, Because
Muscle Weighs Three Times as Much As Fat; But Fat
takes Up Three times As Much Space
As Muscle.

Feel Good Again About Going to the Pool, Without A Killer Exercise Program

Fat loss is very misunderstood. You have to approach it with science and not just hype advertising.
Don't confuse fat loss with weight loss. Fad weight loss diets can seriously harm your health and upset your body equilibrium.

First, as we indicated  above, fat takes up 3 inches for every inch of muscle, but muscle weighs three times more than fat. So someone with a weight of 120 pounds could conceivably wear a smaller dress size than somebody weighing 105 pounds.

Measurements or inches of the waist, for example, are more accurate indicators of fat to lean ratio (BMI) than your bathroom scales.

We are losing the obesity or "Fat Battle", because Low fat diet and weight loss do not equate.
Other obesity contributors are junk food and food additives accepted as safe by the general public and food producers.

A common additive, MSG (Mono-sodium glutamate) triggers the "want more" appetite.

The only reliable diet is based on the glycemic index.

A Low glycemic diet is the first key to BMI management for most metabolic types.

High glycemic, or foods high in carbohydrates may cause the body to create a lot of insulin in a short period of time to clear the blood of the excess glucose. This produces an energy crash. The body then converts the excess glucose to body fat and stores it in all the usual and embarrassing places.

Where do you see yourself when you think of your body mass index (BMI, or fat to lean ratio)?
Remember, being obese does no make you a bad person. You have just not yet found the way to manage your BMI. It may be harder for you, but your health and even your wealth depend on it.

Low glycemic foods with plenty of fiber cause the body metabolism to burn the glucose at a normal pace, as it needs the energy.

Too much of a Low GI food produces a High Glycemic Load. the Load factor effects the metabolism the same as a High Glycemic food

Another key is a routine of exercise as much as possible in the fresh air. This could be a 30 minute brisk walk or the use of a simple 2 or 3 step stair step stool, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and even park your car more and instead walk if it is only a few blocks.

Every BODY
needs a daily regimen of Dietary Supplements, vitamins and plant sourced minerals. In this toxic environment and nutrition depleted soil on which our food is produced we need to use the best scientifically researched and developed supplements. Our bodies cannot use minerals, for instance, made from rocks or sea shells. Turn away from glossy ads that have no R.& D backing them up.

The most beneficial and least expensive thing, perhaps you can do for you body involves what you drink. Stop all beverages except herbal teas, unsweetened juices, and purified water.
Drink 1/2 oz. of water per lb. of body weight daily
